poème > the event. The Poème Electronique was an immersive experience in a dark environment. These are the few pictures we have found in archives and books. Each execution of the Poème was attended by about 400 people; at the end of the fair about 2 million visitors had experienced the poème. Notice that the last image in this slide show is not part of the final film (ecràn) that we received from Philips archives.
